Welcome to 2025! 🎉 I hope your holidays were full of joy, connection, and maybe even a little time to reset.

Now that we’re stepping into the new year, I want to share something to help you turn those New Year’s resolutions into lasting progress.

Before diving headfirst into big goals, pause for a moment and reflect on these three questions:

1️⃣ What daily habits will create the biggest impact for you?

  • Think beyond the big-picture goals. What small actions will help you feel stronger, more energized, and more confident every day?

2️⃣ What challenges have stopped you in the past?

  • We’ve all been there. Life happens, and motivation fades. Identifying potential roadblocks now means you can create a plan to overcome them.

3️⃣ How do your fitness goals align with your personal values?

  • When your goals reflect what’s truly important—like staying healthy for your family or feeling your best—it’s easier to stay committed.

This year isn’t about perfection. It’s about progress—small, steady wins that add up over time.
