This is how we get you ready for group CrossFit classes!
In each of the 5 personal training sessions that make up our Foundations program, a coach will demonstrate and teach the foundational movements we use in CrossFit, as well as review your starting fitness point, range of motion, and various modifications to get you moving safely. Following the instruction portion of the class, you will participate in a CrossFit-style workout. We guarantee you will get sweaty and you will have fun.
Once you are competent in the movements we use in CrossFit you graduate to our regular CrossFit classes and get the full CrossFit experience!
Your sixth session will be with your Foundations coach in that first group CrossFit class, so you have your personal coach to guide you through your first class.
In addition to the personal training lessons, you'll finish out your 30 days of Foundations with access to unlimited group CrossFit classes, access to our private member communications groups, programming and tracking apps, and goal reviews with our coaches.
Our Foundations program sets you up for continued group classes or even more intense personal training so that you can meet your health and fitness goals!
