Membership Hold Request


This is not a termination request.

You have the option to put your automatically recurring monthly or paid in full membership on hold for any reason.

As stated in your membership agreement, you may put your membership on hold in 30-day increments for any reason, for a maximum of four consecutive 30-day increments per calendar year. You must request a hold no later than five (5) days before the forthcoming renewal date of your membership. Holds can be requested via our website’s Membership Hold Request page.

Membership hold requests are available in 30-, 60-, 90- and 120-day increments.

Upon expiration of the hold period that you select below, your account will automatically reactivate and regular membership payments will resume.

You may not cancel your membership while your membership is on hold. Once your hold has expired, you may cancel your membership if you choose. If you would like to cancel your membership instead of placing it on hold, you may do so via the Membership Cancellation page on our website, linked at the bottom of this page. If you choose to reactivate your membership after it is canceled, membership rates in effect at the time of reactivation will be applicable (membership rates are subject to change).

Membership holds can only be applied to future dates. Any back-dated holds are against our membership policies. We cannot accept submissions for membership holds with start dates that fall before the submission date of this form.
