Jen and Larry retired from their respective military careers to Athens, Georgia, the same state where Larry is from. Long time CrossFitters, Larry joined the coaching staff of CrossFit Liberate back in summer of 23. When the opportunity presented itself to own and run the gym, both Jen and Larry jumped at the chance to make a difference in the Athens community, bringing health and fitness to an ever-widening swath of people!
