CLASS SIGN UPS

- Please sign up for classes on MindBody! This helps us know who’s coming to class, and ensures that we provide the best service by keeping classes at the right ratio of athletes to coaches.

- Classes at CrossFit Liberate have a maximum size of 14 athletes. You will not be able to join a class if it is full.

- Class sizes will increase based on demand, but athlete to coach ratio will remain at 14.

- Walk-ins without signing up, or walk-ins off the waitlist, will be allowed only if the class size allows, and at the coach’s ultimate discretion.

- You may sign up for any class or open gym right up until the class starts via your MindBody app.
CLASS, PRIVATE SESSION, AND CHILDCARE CANCELLATIONS

- Cancellation policy for classes:
- You may ‘early cancel’ from any class or open gym up to 60 mins before the posted class time via the MindBody app and not incur a cancellation fee.
- You may ‘late cancel’ from any class or open gym 60 mins or less before the posted class time via the MindBody app, however, you will incur a $15 cancellation fee for doing so.
- If you are on a waitlist for a class, and are added to the class from the waitlist, you are still subject to the late class cancellation or no-show policy including any applicable fees. Note: this is a new policy.
- You will not be automatically added to a class from the waitlist 60 minutes or less before the start of a class.
- If you are not sure you’re not going to make a class or open gym, it is better to cancel. If you find you can still make the class, you may still be able to join the class as a walk-in. Walk-ins will be allowed only if the class size allows, and at the coach’s ultimate discretion. Also, if there are spots available, you may still reserve your spot via the MindBody app right up to the class start time.
- If you are booked for a class or open gym and do not show up, this will be considered a ‘late cancel’ and will incur a $15 cancellation fee.
- If you are on a class pass, any ‘late cancel’ of a class or open gym will incur the $15 cancellation fee as well as forfeit one pass for the class.

- If you late cancel or do not show up to a Personal Training session, you will incur a $30 cancellation fee and will also forfeit that personal training session.

LATE ARRIVALS
-
- If you arrive 5 minutes or more late to a class, you will not be allowed to join class.
EXTRACURRICULAR WORK
-
- We encourage you to come early and stay late so that you may get that little bit of extra work in, or spend some time enjoying our community.

- If you have some impediments, weaknesses, or skills that require a little extra work, feel free to come in to class 15-20 min early and leave 15-20 min late. Just make sure you ask the coach each time; e.g. “Coach, do you mind if I work on ________ over here, out of the way before/after class?”

- Extra credit work or alternative work lasting more than 15-20 min must be done in our turf room, unless the room is being used for CrossFit or Foundations class. If the room is being used for class, you will be asked to come back during Open Gym times.

- Our coaches have ultimate discretion as to whether or not you will be able to do extracurricular work before and after class.
OPEN GYM

- Open gym is available 7 days a week per our current schedule - CLICK HERE TO VIEW.

- Clients must sign up for Open Gym via MindBody as if it were a class. We need to know who to expect in the gym.

- Open Gym is not currently a coached environment. Please do not expect coaching during Open Gym. If you’d like one-on-one coaching, let’s talk about some personal training options!

- Late class cancellation fees apply to Open Gym.
BAG DROP
-
- PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE keep your bags up front in the members area on the bag rack or, if that’s full, on the floor underneath the bag rack.

- We also have over 30 lockers per locker room which are great for storing personal belongings during class. Feel free to bring a lock for day use!
-
- Bags not dropped in this area will be moved to this area at the discretion of the coach/staff on hand.
MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION
-
- You may cancel your membership at any point within 5 calendar days after your membership start date for a full refund and with no cancellation fees. To cancel your membership agreement within this time period, just request cancellation via our website’s Membership Cancellation Request page, or by email.

- Memberships cannot be sold, transferred, or shared with another party.
-
- Cancellation of a multi-month contract requires an early termination fee of $100 and 30 days notice as outlined in your membership agreement. Note that if you have a scheduled payment within this period, the payment will be processed as scheduled. All payments are non-refundable, including paid-in-full memberships.

- If at a later date you decide to reinstate your membership (and we hope you do!) that $100 early termination fee will be applied to your membership fees.

- If you would like to put your membership on hold instead of canceling, you may submit a Membership Hold Request. If you’re sure you’d like to cancel, just complete and submit the form below within 30 days of your cancellation date. This will serve as your written cancellation notice as required by your membership agreement. Note that memberships cannot be canceled while you are on a membership hold.

- If you decide to reactivate your membership in the future (and we hope you do) membership rates in effect at the time of reactivation will be applicable as membership rates are subject to change.
PAYMENTS

- Payments for membership are set up to draft on either the 1st or 15th of the month, depending on what suits you. (Membership holds may affect your payment draft schedule.)

- Memberships will be prorated based on the date you decide to start your membership. For example, if you join on the 10th of the month and decide to draft your membership payment on the 15th, you will be charged for the time period between the 10th and 15th based on the per-day cost of your membership.

- Members are required to keep a card on file and we reserve the right to charge any open account balances.

- All memberships automatically renew on the expiration date of the prior period unless you notify CrossFit Liberate in writing before the expiration date of the prior period.
FOOD & BEVERAGE PAYMENTS

- Food and beverage sales are processed to your payment method on file on a semi-monthly (2x per month) basis.
-
- Transactions will accumulate as an account balance on your MindBody account and we will charge your payment method on file on or around the 1st and 16th of every month.
-
- You will still receive receipts for the food & beverages charged to your account, and then another receipt when the accumulated balance has been processed to your payment method on file.
PARKING
-
- A CFL parking sticker is required for access to the parking lot off Strong St. You will be given a parking sticker when you join the gym.
-
- If you do not have a parking sticker and you park in the lot off Strong St, you are subject to having your vehicle towed.

- Parking is available as well in the parking lot directly behind the building with access off N Thomas St.
